Eva Fischer Hansen and Elizabeth Bagger will discuss how business-owned families can future proof the fundamental values, that the business is a built on, - in a world where human beings have an expiration date.

Eva Fischer Hansen

Eva was part of the long-standing owner family behind the cleantech company Brunata. Until 2018, she spearheaded the company's turnaround and sales. Eva is currently a speaker and advisor to family-owned companies. She specializes in helping family businesses increase their returns by strengthening the owner family relationships and professionalizing management. Eva is member of the board of FBN Denmark.

Elizabeth Bagger

Elizabeth established Avanti Family Business Advisory in 2021 to support family businesses on their journey towards more harmonious family dynamics, stronger family governance and next generation integration and education. As the member of a family business and the former Director General of the Insitute for Family Business (IFB) in the UK, she has been involved in the family business field for over 20 years. Elizabeth currently serves on the Board of a 6th and 7th generation UK based family business and her own family business. She speaks at and facilitates events globally and writes on family business issues for publications including Forbes Magazine, FamilyBusiness.org and Edward Elgar Handbooks.
